Refund & Returns Policy

This policy covers supplements and merchandise bought from getprotocolos.com. App subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are handled by Apple under its refund

1. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

You are always entitled to the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a product is faulty, not as described, or fails to do what it should, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement or repair. These rights are not affected by anything below.

2. Change of mind

Because supplements are ingestible consumer health products, we can only accept change-of-mind returns on unopened, unused items in their original, sealed packaging, within 30 days of delivery. Opened or partially used supplements cannot be returned for change of mind, for health and safety reasons. This does not affect your rights under 1.

3. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, expired, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at paul@getprotocolos.com with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

4. How to start a return

1. Email paul@getprotocolos.com with your order number and reason.

2. We'll confirm whether the item is eligible and provide return instructions.

3. Send the item back as instructed. For change-of-mind returns you cover return postage; for faulty/incorrect items we cover it.

4. Once received and inspected, we process eligible refunds to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. App subscriptions

Subscriptions bought through the Apple App Store are billed and refunded by Apple. Request a refund via Apple's "Report a Problem" page or your App Store account. We cannot directly refund App Store purchases.
