These Terms govern your use of the Protocol Body OS app, the getprotocolos.com website and store, and related services (the "Services"), operated by Ronin Cyber Pty Ltd ("we", "us").

By creating an account, buying a product, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. The Services areintended for users in Australia at launch.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping yourcredentials secure. Tell us promptly at paul@getprotocolos.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. The Services are general wellness, not medical advice

Protocol provides general performance and wellness information based on data you provide and authorise. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or preventany condition. Coaching output is informational and encourages you to consult your doctor.

Do not use Protocol as a substitute for professional medical advice. See the Health & Medical Disclaimer. You use the Services and act on their output at your own discretion and risk.

4. Subscriptions and billing

·       Some features require a paid subscription. App subscriptions are sold through the Apple   App Store and billed by Apple under its terms; manage or cancel them in your App Store   account settings. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours   before the period ends.

·       Where we offer web-based subscriptions, billing terms are shown at checkout.

·       Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable, unless stated.

5. Store purchases

Supplement and merchandise orders are subject to these Terms, our Refund & Returns Policy and Shipping Policy. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, pricing errors or stock issues) and will refund any amount already paid.

6. Supplements — your responsibility

Dietary supplements are not suitable for everyone. Read the label, follow directions, and consult a healthcare professional before use, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or managing a health condition. Stop use and seek advice if you experience an adverse reaction.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including: breaching laws, infringing others' rights, attempting to access other users' data, reverse-engineering the app except as permitted by law, or disrupting the Services' security or operation.

8. Intellectual property

We own (or licence) the Services, including the Protocol name, branding, app, content and the Protocol Score methodology. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of the data you provide; you grant us the limited licence needed to operate the Services for you, as set out in the Privacy Policy.

9. Your content

You are responsible for the data you enter. You confirm you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

10. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in these Terms limits those guarantees. For major failures you are entitled to a remedy as set out in the ACL; for goods, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss.

11. Disclaimers and liability (subject to the ACL)

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to the ACL guarantees in 10:

·       The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that coaching,   scores or insights are error-free or suitable for your particular circumstances.

·       We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss.

·       Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited (at our option) to   re-supplying the service or paying the cost of re-supply, or for goods, replacing the goods   or paying the cost of replacement.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Services or other users. On termination, the data provisions of the Privacy Policy continue to apply.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify you in-app or by email. Continued use means you accept the changes.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
