1. Where we ship

We currently ship within Australia. [International shipping: not available at launch.

2. Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

3. Delivery times and cost

4. Tracking

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

5. Delays, lost or damaged parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, or arrives damaged, contact paul@getprotocolos.com with your order number and we'll help. See also our Refund & Returns Policy.

6. Incorrect address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by you, though we'll do our best to help.
